I have a 1974 price list where all of those, except right-handed sunburst, are listed as "Discontinued." That's a sad state of affairs right there

Check this out. I found this two pictures in a japanese website. This is from an Arlington Guitar Show (right before the crash)
If I'm reading that right , that's a green 1959 Jazzmaster for $23K??
That probably at Songbirds right now.
Anyway, anyone has good stories about buying a guitar for $50K that now is worth $15K....."Good Stories"
