Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to be buying any more guitars, but this showed up in my habitual reverb browsing. Really love the body and pickguard shape. Thought folks here might find it interesting, anybody played one before? What are they like?

Very cool! A real nice, clean design.

I love that bar bridge too!!
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

:wtf: wow now THAT'S a mighty price tag!
They, or the guitar versions, pop up quite often here in Germany, for €150-300.

But my Framus phase is long gone... I only kept the BL-10.
But they DO look pretty good. ;D
i love delay SO much ...that i procrastinate all the time.

Would defs be tempted at those sort of prices, what was the neck like on the one you had?

Never had this model, but most had/have great necks to my taste. They are/feel a bit square so to speak but rather narrow. Yummy.
But I had 2x Strato 6 guitars and didn't get along with them at all because of the necks. Weird radius? I really don't know.
Try before buying, if possible. Or get it so cheap that there's no risk. :P

Good luck!

that bass is beautiful, but the pricetag is hefty indeed. They usually go around 200-250 euro locally.

The necks are fine, usually prety thin, however the fretwork seems to be weird at times. Nothing what experienced luthier couldn't fix. These also come with laminated necks most of the time (this one does as well), but I don't mind that - I believe that laminated neck is part of the Framus vibe :)
