also, this guy is way cooler than Mark 'play authentic' Agnesi lol
Mark has that sleazy used car salesman vibe. What made him watchable, was that he knew his history of the models he showcased. I'd often watch it for the intro and switch it off when he started playing Stones riffs.
Lemmo is a much more creative and skilled player, but he only really knows his Fender history.
Exactly!

I agree - the sticker price of $10k seems a little crazy! Might be embellished for shock value :)

Today, I happened across a video for a '62 refin video by Mark from 3 years ago. He said it was for sale for $2399. Yeah, it was a refin, but it made me reflect on the crazy amount of price inflation that I feel I've been seeing online with offsets. Who would expect a nice '62 refin to be listed by a major dealer for $2399 right now? Buying four '62 refins at the same store for the same price as a '65 custom colour (and one of the more common ones, at that) just three years later? That's nuts.
The artist formerly known as mbene085.

Yes - I'd expect that same refin (if done nicely) to go for around $1k more from a dealer. The market is still pretty hot despite what might be happening in the world.
