10k is a ridiculous price for a jag, they're not strats! It does seem to me that the seller is more of a hoarder, which in my experience are the wrong people to make honest deals with. Some weeks ago I bought a Brownface Deluxe over the local ebay and the guy, a hoarder, RETURNED my payment cause he "had a problem". To this day I hadn't heard back from him, so this guy sounds really familiar. You may have (maybe literally) dodged a bullet, I wouldn't worry about it ;D
