I shoulda bought a vintage offset 8 or so years ago when you could still grab one for a couple grand. Totally out of my reach now, even sunburst ones are approaching $6,000
When I joined this forum, you could still get a 58/59 Jazzmaster for under 7K, and custom colour Jags were around 3K.
Now they are both sky high. I also should have taken some of those deals.
