I post this not for any other reason than it looked pretty in the daytime light, so I thought i'd share here, the most captive of audiences. Only for enjoyment purposes you understand. My 62 Slab Jaguar in all its finery, and the one I'll take to my grave.

Utter filth!
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

Aaaahhhhh! Wondafuuuuul!
One of the few sunbursts with which I would fall in love.
It starts... when it begins.

It always had to be a sunburst for me; all the ones I saw and lusted over as a kid were bursts, and so they were the ones I coveted most. Jags and jazzmasters in my minds eye are burst and tort, and they’re the only guitars that combo works on.

That's one gorgeous Jag. I'd brag all over here if it was mine. Enjoy it, play it, cherish it.

Nope, no refret - all original. Well, a staytrem, but the original is in the case along with the mute

I’ve held myself back—not wishing to co-opt the OP’s topic, but... anyway... my late 62/early 63. Pencil date in the trem pocket, and the neck stamp say Dec 62. Neck plate indicates 1963.
Couldn’t bring myself to simply let Jaguar porn scroll away.
Isn’t Sunburst a guarantee it’s NOT a refin?

Dear me, i’m having a moment
Two incredibly desirable guitars. The only thing better would be having them both in the same photoshoot.

Wow, what a beauty. I can't blame you for keeping that one til you die. But could you give it to me in your will, please? No wait... I'd be tempted to kill you lol.
