I believe that is actually Curly Joe DeRita , as he was the third Stooge when the Mustang came out in the 60s. Also, afaik, Besser was never called "Curly", only Joe.

You are correct my friend, I'm slipping. Curly Joe made all those god awful movies, like the Three Stooges meet Hercules and Around the World in a Daze.

Joe Besser never liked being a Stooge, especially replacing Curly Howard. He was in 50's B&W sit coms, like the Joey Bishop show as a door man. God I'm old!!

I believe Moe, Larry, and Curly were all under 5'6". That's why the joke was them always bullying each other, since the Straight guys that bullied them, were 6' plus. Even the women were taller than them.
