Cannot move up the pickup - 64 jazzmaster

Hey, cannot move the bridge pickup(at the lower spot by bridge)...I don't wanna use raugh power ..any idea?
I have already sanded shrinked pickguard all around the bridge pickup where necessary, but there is one spot where I just cannot shift pick-up up at all. It is the bridge pickup the spot direction to bridge and pots(if you gold the guitar playing it is right and down spot of the bridge pickup). Other three spots move freely. It is definitely not because of pickguard now. Cannot move a single milimetre. The pickups are original with original black rubber. It was refinished and some solder joints remade a long time ago.
Maybe pickup is sticked to the rubber below? Many thanks!

Are you saying that the screws keep advancing upward but the pickup does not follow? If you pull up on the cover does the pickup move up? Maybe the foam underneath is too squished or too short and isn't pushing up on the pickup to lift it.

I was going to suggest looking into the foam (which I call weather stripping.) My 63 Jag had the neck pickup set so low that it sounded muffled. When I tried to move it with the screws it stayed where it was. I found, when I took it apart, that the foam had been so badly compressed, for such a long time that it was hard as a rock and thin. Replaced it with weather stripping and it adjusts fine now. That’s the first thing I would look at.

I cannot move it up even by hands. Pickup is just stuck at its bottom right corner (wheb looking from the players view). When I take it by hands all three other corners of pickup move up successfully. But it is stuck at one corner so i cannot lift it in proper position

First get it level, then raise all 4 corners in small increments.

One corner is now wedged and stuck.

Any way you like. It usually comes/crumbles off easily.

I've been putting any sort of semi solid rubber foam under the pickups. Works!

I've been 3D printing it with TPU. Can be made to different dimensions and with different infill percentages for varying stiffness levels. I really wish the car accident in February didn't leave me utterly exhausted all the time because I'd be churning stuff like this out and selling it.

The foam degrades, becomes squished down and no longer pushes the pickup toward the strings.

Just pry it off with a blade or any sort of edge, then replace it with a new one.

yes - the foam should be fresh and bouncy enough to lift up the pickup when you loosen the screws.
if the pickguard has a good opening, the foam should push the pickup up higher easily.

Finally done, it was just screw that was touching the cover! I also put a foam under the pickup(no glue needed), because it would fall down back. Many thanks to you as all for great help!
