Original for 1968 when it was refinished at the factory but not original to 1964.sdgails wrote:nice. It's a BEAUT.

@fullerplast There is another ground wire coming out into the tremolo cavity. Is that the one you're referring to? That second one on the bridge cup may have been done after the fact? To the best of my knowledge though the original owner didn't mess with anything underneath the pickguard and I haven't either. It does have the original shield plate (The pickguard I bought came with one as well) but there was no wire hooked up to it.

Oh yes. I remember that. January 65 L series w/ Brazilian rosewood. That was awesome.

Hey guys.
How much do you think I could get for this guitar?
Didn't think I'd ever consider selling it but paying and attending school has become more enticing than eating cheap discount boxed food and living on people's couches (ie, being a full time musician). I have other cheaper guitars that I use for playing and recording anyway. This beautiful thing has been sitting in it's case more than being played.
