further details...
DaveB wrote:The blue Music Master. It dates around 1974 with serial #541XXX. The finish has lots of small dings and checking. As you can see it was routed (poorly). There is enough room to clean it up and add a route for a switch. The switch currently sits between the volume and tone control (not convenient). I was using holes that were drilled in the control plate from a previous owner (had no tone control but a switching network for phase and such). Volume pot and pick up are original. I added a fender (CTS?) 250k tone control. I also added a SD Phat Cat in place of an EMG Select that came with it. The bridge and saddles are in good shape. The big problem with the body is the strap button on the base. At one point it must have been dropped. It is sunken into the body. It's solid and holds a strap fine. The neck has a number of small dings but is otherwise OK and I think original. Frets have light wear with lots left. Tuners are in not bad shape. Hold tune OK. It's a fun little guitar that needs some finishing treatment.

Good catch - I kinda like the look with the humbucker. Is that your Duo on the right?

hey there!
well i was thinking about that one too, but couldn't go thru with it. now if it had been the red one... *sigh* oh well
i read your PM but i do only have an (incomplete) half (the "floating") bridge/tailpiece as as spare. IF it serves for anything you can have it, just pay shipping.
pm me in said case, good luck!

Pat. :D
i love delay SO much ...that i procrastinate all the time.

hopefully in the next couple weeks it will be routed/wired and i can get a demo done once exams finish (end of april :( )

i thought the at-at sticker worked well, being as its a mid 70's student guitar and all that noise
