I hadn't either! It's an April 66 stamped neck. I personally think the gold on LPB is ridiculously sweet. Interestingly the neck pocket has "SHOW" written in it.
I have also seen CAR with the "All Gold" transitional logo.

Whoa! I never knew that either. Just checked a couple reissues. Avri and classic 60s lacquer have no h. Av65 has the h.
