We haven't had a thread like this for ages...there have been many excellent vintage JMs added to the OSG Family, so let's see them.

I'll start...we've all seen this one before, but well, I ain't got another one

1961, body refin (by me)

Also a 1961 refin:

My lovely refinned ladies and what I've done to them since I have them. From left to right:

1966 - (refret, newer pickguard and matching headstock)

1965 - (refret, AV65 neck pickup. Soon to be refinished in black I think)

1959 - (refret, replaced missing clay dot)

I have 2 Jazzmasters, I sometimes dabble with an extra one or two now and then(I've owned maybe another 10 or so)...but these are my core guitars that I've had since year dot and will never sell.

My '59 which was featured in Guitar magazine many years ago November 1991(the extra wear patch was caused by me).

I don't have a vintage Jazzmaster to share, but damn if this thread doesn't make me want to put my old vintage tort guar on my Jazzmaster.

Finding it really hard to accurately capture the color of these two, but here are my current JMs: 1962 & 1964.

On the left.. long gone now.. it was a May 62 slab board with a Dakota red refinish:


On the right.. also long gone.. Sept 66 neck dated original sunburst:


And another '66. This one refinished, otherwise was 100%
