...sorry for posting some old pics, OK?
1961 refin body/ 1965 "13" stamp D&B neck (i believe i
sold it to s/o here)
late 1964/early 1965 refin, some new pot(s?), pickguard and weird non-original logo
1965 i
sold to PJazzmaster, all original
1966 refin, otherwise all original
the OSG-master! 1969 body (i bought from xrleroyx here) with 1972 neck gloriously restored by theworkoffire, Bullock bridge pup
1972 i
sold to Danocaster, all original
1976 i de-fin'd and
traded for the '66 Jag (never knew if the color was original or not)
1978, all original

Took a few more pics of the '64 SGM to try to capture the color better.
This color is so tricky, I thought I had a faded Inca Silver instead there for a minute...the SGM has just that bit of purple and even more silver/bronze in it. Anyway, took some more photos on an off-white background and in natural light on a bright, cloudy day. This is pretty true to what it actually looks like, depending on the lighting, of course. There's just that aged green/gold hue in the body and you can see - in a small spot right where the arm wear is starting to show - the color matches the headstock with that purplish/silver metallic hue.

My 1966 in sonic blue with a matching headstock. The body had been refinished but the headstock has its original paint with some overspray. All the hardware, pick ups, and pick guard are original.

My no.1 guitar - late '62 or early '63 Jazzmaster (known as Sull).
Two that have been and gone...
The Incamaster - '60s body, super lightweight, refinished by Danocaster in inca silver, with a modern D&B musikraft neck. I still miss this guitar...
Refin '66 B&B Jazzmaster. A really nice guitar... miss this one too.
