Geeze louise that's pretty. I want to repeat my question about the Chromabase Fiesta Red and Daphne if you've tried them. Are they accurate?

I guess you have not seen my color blocks... http://www.curtisnovak.com/restorations ... ndex.shtml
These colors are the ONLY guaranteed accurate colors as they are the OEM formulas that Fender used in the 50's everything else is hit or miss b/c they are reverse engineered mixes.

Those are beautiful! I love that color... How hard is it to get the Fender decals? I have heard it's like pulling teeth, even if you have all of their requirements.
Damn kids, get off my lawn!

If it's not an original Fender neck with pics of it back when, etc, you won't get a decal. There are decals available every so often on eBay, but you have to get them before they are shut down by Fender.

That's what I thought. I understand why they do it, because otherwise we'd have a million more fakes running around. It just sucks for those of us that want to build partscasters/masters for our personal use.

Re: 66 Jaguar refin Seafoam Green
I'm kind of dreading that process from what I'm hearing. I have pics of the neck stamp on the heel, but I never had this one with the headstock logo (it was stripped when I got it). I managed to pick up a decal from eBay from a guy who looks like he does good ones, but the whole image size is too small (compared to my other '66 and the sonic blue one my brother had). The fine lettering looks a little heavy too.
I'm going to try to get this wired up this week, but I just scored a much cleaner bridge than the one that came on this one (bubbled chrome and lotsa rust that's been stubborn to come off). Curtis was gteat to deal with and his work is beautiful.
