Aaahh! I can't wait to get my IBM with matching HS back from the refinisher! This is killing me. It looks fantastic. Great job Fullerplast!

I have to agree there! It looks really nice. Normally I don't care for unmatched headstocks very much, but it really looks like it belongs. I think it turned out great. The two metallic colors look like they belong side by side.fullerplast wrote: Not bad for just a pile of parts....![]()

hey there, friend!MrWizard44 wrote: ...did you buy that guitar from Cream City Music off eBay a year ago or so?

i assume "that guitar" means one of the following:
1. the IBM jazzmaster - in which case i would kindly advice you to read some of fullerplast's posts in this thread, cause if you had, you would have known that the answer is no

2. the gold jazzmaster in the first post - in which case i would kindly advice you to read the first post, cause if you had, you would have known that the answer is no

3. the shoreline goldguard jazzmaster - in which case you probably should have speficied which guitar you meant, since this thread is about the IBM one

edit: there, better?

Mee-OOWW!!
I think he means the guitar that the thread is about. And give the guy a break! We can sift through fifteen pages of information or just ask a quick yes or no question that we'd like to get a quick and courteous response to and get on with our lives...
Let's all be FRIENDS!!!

My opinion in general, is that people should have a look around before asking...that applies to most things in life (in my life anyway)
on a thread like this, there is no need to shift through 15 pages...it's all in the first post of the thread...

Re: "PROJECT '65" ~ FINIS! ~
well, obviously I am a very great fool.
I did read the first post, but I guess I missed that little detail. It was just weird for me because that picture looks exactly like a guitar that I was looking at on eBay a while ago, and it's always interesting to me when the same instruments keep popping up. In retrospect, though, the eBay one was a '66
So I apologize for the fact that I'm a fucking moron.
