Anyone here see a Univox guitar that seems to be routed out more than typical Hi-Flyers, from what I've seen? I made a pickguard for it. It looks like you could put three pickups in it.

That isn't a Hi-Flier body. That looks like one of those Teisco/Silvertone "mosrite" like bodies with a Hi-Flier neck on it.

So maybe the neck and body didn't go together like I thought they did. I bought both the body and neck from the same seller, but they weren't connected when I got them.

I have a Silvertone model 1441 like the pic posted above (I think a 1445).
There are a few variations - model #s 1440, 1441, 1445... sort of basic to deluxe models. Some headstocks have 6 inline or 3+3 tuner layouts. One model has a bunch of sliders instead of knobs, lol. Typical Teisco/Silvertone stuff I guess. The one I have needs a bit of work, but feels just as good as the one my ex used to have. They seem like well built guitars IMO.
