As noted previously, Starr Guitars in Orlando does nitro and has a great reputation and online presence:

Thanks for this recommendation -- their work looks really nice. I'm gonna reach out and see what they cost/can do.

So on the happy Marty Bell customers... I have to say the confederate flag guitars in his gallery are a huge turn off to me as a customer.
I hadn't noticed those. That's a pretty interesting point you bring up.
It's wild. I mean, they're extremely well done and he obviously has talent. Just not something I feel comfortable endorsing now that I have the knowledge.
I'm looking in his gallery and I must be blind...where are these confederate flag guitar pics?

Nevermind. Found 'em.

Ugh.

Any Australian customers here used any of the re-finisher's listed?
There are not many affordable options for us.

Starr finished my strat build and did a killer job. Their ready-2-relic nitro looks awesome and I'm hoping it will age in nicely.

I've also had amazing results from Evolution Guitar Finished in CA. They recently did a Gretsch Orange tele body for me that came out amazing.
