Saw a Mustang Bass in person yesterday and it is not nearly as purple as I hoped it would be, more of mid LPB to darker LPB. Was bummed even though overall looked like a fantastic instrument.

Beautiful work, very beautiful color!
I just bought the new vintera mustang in competition burgundy color (since I've been waiting for it!!) and I would like to paint the headstock to match the body, Fender doesn't do that! difficult to find the right color with a nitro aerosol!! what do you recommend ? THANKS !!

Vintera ii is poly finish. OP’s got the color right and the nitro checking is fire.
