You seem to be a bit of a car enthusiast. I love the radial paint mark left on the concrete of your garage. Kinda stencilled.

The only way you can convince me that you're as enthusiastic about guitars is if you "accidentally" leave a similar offset paint mark. Plus it'd look cool.  :D
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

Nice progress, Doug!  Please don't tell me you paint guitars with that lovely Firebird in the garage.  :wtf:
Damn kids, get off my lawn!

Yeah... it's a '68 Firebird. Pretty much the same as the '67 but it doesn't have the vent windows.

It also has a two speed transmission, the Buick/Olds/Pontiac Super-Turbine 300 which is similar to Chevy's Powerglide. It really winds out in low gear! Pontiac guys like these transmissions for drag racing, but they're somewhat rare (L@@K!). The selector lens reads P R N D L for Low and Drive.

As for P64... she is presently sitting with two coats of grain filler drying. Once this tedious process is complete, the finishes should go on nicely using the bike stand - paint stick.

Nice Doug!

Looking forward to see the next step.

BTW - nice to see you again Ben - how's the trip?
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

NY was good - lots of galleries, lots of pizza, plus just been on holiday for a week with the family. Seeing this primer go on has got me fired up again after weeks of not being able to do anything.
