I agree.  The coolest thing is the fact that people are very accepting here.  As I've said before, I don't get too much shit for being in a Country band. 

Unlike some other boards, I think the people here tend to realize that music is music,
and there are examples of almost all types of music that are good.. subjectivly good, not just technically..

And others also realize that music is fluid, so without country and blues there wouldn't have been rock..
And without that whatever sub genre of rock is their own personal favorite would never have existed.

Good points.  Most of the people here are actual music fans, as opposed to pop culture slaves or wannabe rockstar poseurs.  Of course, that's after they get over their indie snob mentality.
