Yeah, I can't get a photobucket image to show, only the code...
It's pretty hard to make any sense of the rules here... I can't post pics,& I can't even browse the for sale section to buy a couple of parts?? If I can't compliment people on their stuff,since that's viewed as 'spam',& I can't post pics of my stuff and can't look at items for sale; there's not much point as far as I can see.

Easy as a pie. Go to Photobucket, upload your pic, than select the img code, like this:



right click - copy, or ctrl + V

and you are there

Nobody is stopping you from complimenting people. However, you can't just post "awesome" 50 times in order to get to the for sale section. There are many ways how to contribute. Start a thread about a band you like. Post some pics of your gear - see above, posting pics does work - if it does not just provide a link to the pic, that is something already. Check the threads where people are asking for some technical help. Chances are you can help somebody. It is how it works - you share knowledge (and fun too). If you think there is no point, I can't help you with that. There are plenty of "for sale" only places, such as e-bay, craiglist, etc, so you will not miss anything.

Right after that you'll want to include the URL for the image so the page knows where to look for it. The URL will look something like...
