What do those little signs mean?

Excuse my ignorance, but what do all those little icons/signs on the left hand side of every topic mean? For instance, if you click on "View new Posts" , then they are on the left hand side of every listed topic. There are some that look like an SD card(ortwo), some have a heart or an arrow and some are a map pin. Is there an index or legend on the site or somewhere else that explain such things to a geezer?

if they got a blue star on top it means you have participated/are participating it that topic.

I put a new post on bottom of page four of "Crackwhore facts" and no blue star.....It was actually pretty funny too, I thought, so I'd like a gold star.

what are you taking? i want some.
when you reply to some topic that topic gets marked with a blue star so you know you are participating in there.
There are other signs but i supose there are forumates more abble to explain them then me.

I always thought this stuff was pretty self explanatory tbh but here's a quick run-down.

The topic is pinned... or locked to the top of that section.


A topic has been posted in by you...


A topic with multiple pages of responses...


A topic that has been moved...


Not grayed out means that the topic is un-read. Grayed out is a read (or marked as read) post.

And then there are the icons you can choose when posting a new topic... the heart, questions mark, alert sign etc. They simply show on top of the appropriate "page" icon.
