Where are the AO's?
I can't find an AO60's Jazzmaster in stock anywhere. Where are they?

In my studio. Also, Dave Depper of Death Cab for Cutie played one at Red Rocks the other night. Ocean Turquoise. Gorgeous.

Yeah, I saw 2 Fanos, the AO, and a fender parlor acoustic (I think?)

Re: Where are the AO's?
Just sold my OTM AO Jazzmaster for way more than I paid for it. Super high demand for those! Best guitar I’ve ever owned…until I got my Marauder Replica, then I never touched the Jazzy anymore and had to move it along.

They've been slowly showing up in stock in small numbers. Reverb, ebay, Sweetwater all have sunburst ones if you're looking to buy new. ebay also has one new OT and one used IBM. CME had a few OT ones not too long ago. I've been tracking these for myself for a bit and have noticed the small trickle of new AO's hitting the market.

Wildwood's got an IBM on Reverb. CME had an OT last week. Sweetwater had 3 bursts last week. I think you just need to check throughout the day... I have no affiliation with any of the aforementioned businesses (other than they take my money).

Is this what passes as Ice Blue Metallic these days? It just looks gray or silver on my screen. Originally they listed it as Ocean Turquoise, and I still don't believe them.

Re: Where are the AO's?
I have been on the hunt for an AO60's Tele and one popped up. I spoke to the dealer and they said that they were being discontinued. Not sure if that means the whole line will meet that fate but interesting nonetheless. I thought this line was a hit for Fender, but of course that means it needs to end...

No, I'd suggest that's what passes for a poor quality photo with an unusually off colour balance.
