Jesus, a sparkly Jag with matching headstock at Squier prices is mighty tempting.

It really is. I have no need for it but I can't say I'm not considering buying it :fp:
Well, I'd likely suggest not considering too long. Being limited to just two shops in the UK I expect the youngsters will snap them up sharpish.
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

A third dealer now:

It's very slow progress, maybe in 5 years time a shop outside the UK will finally announce them.

Guys, Thomann has the Squiers for now "upon request" but that will change soon - that should sort all European demands (and international even) if they don't have them AT YOUR LOCAL MUSIC SHOP.

Speaking of which...I wrote mine that I'd be interested in the Charcoal Frost one... and he replied with "Already ordered, was thinking that you might like it!" Now that is service! :-*
Have a nice day everyone!

Just called Peach, apparently - as far as they know - it's UK/Europe only release

Cream City Music's listing said 7.25" as well.
Thanks! I looked on the USA Fender site and retail sites in Canada but they didn't specify...

That silver sparkle Jaguar is really calling out to me! I could use some heavy sparkle in my life. If they kept the matching headstock but went with the B&B neck from the CV 70s Jaguar, I'm not sure I could resist. I hope they do more heavy sparkle colors with matching headstocks. Such a fantastic combination.

I love the CFM one as well, but I put together my own CFM Jaguar with a matching headstock several years ago so I have that combo covered. I thought I was super cool for a while with my relatively unique Jaguar, but now everyone will have one. ;D ;D

Honestly the Ultra Luxe Jag seems more appealing than any of these 60thA guitars. It’s like a jazzmaster without the annoying control layout! Perfect

I'm getting the vibe that when the sparkly Squier Jags are selling for $1k in 3 years, I'll be kicking myself for not having bought one.

Just had an update from Andertons that my sparkle jag won't be here until May, the seafoam Jazzmaster July. At the time of ordering they were listed as Feb delivery.

So either the dates were optimistic, or they only had a few each in the first batch.

Thanks! They're Lollar mini humbuckers.

I managed to buy only one guitar last year (ok i bought more but returned or sold them immediately). 2022 will be so crazy avoiding the gas as I really like both the silver sparkle and the charcoal frost squier jaguars. Also dig the Gold Jm. Almost bought the blonde Squier on black friday...And the blue one with blocks looks super cool too (but expensive). Overall the squier offerings are much better than fenders - again..

I tried, really tried not to. But in the end, I caved and bought the sparkly Jaguar. Go to hell, Squier, and take my money with you as you go.

That Ulta-Luxe is just odd

No offset trem, no jag pickups and 25.5"scale.

Just dont understand it. It is definitely not aimed at the Jag lovers. Wonder what the thinking was ?

A 25.5"scale jag with the usual fittings and perhaps alternative switching or 3 pickups would at least appeal to Jag people.

A missed opportunity

:(
