Man these things keep getting cooler every time I see them. Seems like the fever dream yellow comes in a couple shades. If I got one I'd want it to be close to the orange of the player series.

Re: Johnny Marr Sig Jaguar
I’m selling my Metallic KO, it’s in really tac barring a few bumps and scratches here and there, only used at home, what would be a rough estimate to sell it for if anyone could advise.
Also, I’m looking to get Fever Dreams Y once it’s sold if they’re still available. I’ve been looking at an ex-demo with them being a few 100 cheaper, has anyone ever had an ex demo, if so, are they worth it/in good tact etc?

Check the Reverb 'sold' prices. They are listed usually around 2K and above.
RE:Demo - No issues with them - depending on condition. As long as it comes with the Warranty you should be good.

Johnny Marr also plays a blue Jaguar on stage with a different pickup set compared to his standard signature model.
The bridge pickup is a SD humbucker in single coil format I believe. Any ideas about the neck pickup??

Looks like the same type of sustainer pickup that's on the EOB Strat?Ret Samzzaj wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 3:32 amJohnny Marr also plays a blue Jaguar on stage with a different pickup set compared to his standard signature model.

You can see the two mini toggles near the control plate here - I think he’s taken the guts from an Ed O’b Strat and put it into a Jag body. V cool.

I would love that Fender puts out this Sustainer Jaguar!
I have the EOB Strat, I think I would like the Jag better.

I'm down with that. Especially if the Jag is LPB.

Oh hell. Me too. Read somewhere that the bridge is a JB Jnr neck pickup, which has less op than bridge.
Wonder if JM has done the same thing...

Johnny Marr's last-minute Christmas shopping..... at least that's what I was thinking when I saw this, such a cool color.

I’m really interested in one of these, but one thing I’ve noticed on the one I tried is that it lacks some sustain. I know Jags generally have less sustain but this seems a bit more severe than usual. The bridge has some decent height. Would heavier strings help this?

Heavier strings could help. Jags really don’t have much sustain on tap though, no matter what the model of Jag.nashmaster wrote: ↑Fri Dec 30, 2022 4:47 pmI’m really interested in one of these, but one thing I’ve noticed on the one I tried is that it lacks some sustain. How much sustain does one need though?

The Guitar Center near me has a yellow one in the fancy guitar room and man... that is one of the ugliest guitars I've ever seen in person.
