Gooooood that shell pink is hot isn't it. So glad I bought an SG a few weeks ago, I can't justify recklessly buying a 6th Jag

6 Jags is awesome, I respect that. If I was a lesser man I'd be envious. I'd ideally have about 4, so that's my sunburst/pearloid #1 as is, plus one each of Candy Apple Red, Sherwood Green (ideally a few shades lighter than that) and Lake Placid Blue, literally an RGB lineup.
Every one of them would have Mastery bridge/vibrato, and then I'd deliberately have different pickups in all of them (red for vintage single coils, green for midrange noiseless single coils, and then presumably either SH or HH for the blue, definitely another guitar with a Hot Rail in the bridge though because I love that sound).
2003 CIJ Fender Jaguar, sunburst (SJAG-3n neck, SHR-1b bridge, 500K lead circuit pots/speed knobs, Mastery bridge, Buzz Stop, Squier JM JM vibrato plate, modified whammy bar)
2022 MIM Fender Meteora, cosmic jade (top mounted input jack added)

Anyone have any idea how much these Jags cost for Australians, after shipping and GST etc?

Hello mate, sorry it's a bit late, although maybe right on time since there's a few FSR on Kinko right now. Total was just a shade under £1100 with shipping and import duty. Rpughly breaking it down from what I remember, I think shipping was about £120 and import duty was about £200.IrishBread69 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 12:50 pmI'm UK based too, could I ask, respectfully, what your buy in was with customs and shipping included.lemonsoda wrote: ↑Thu Mar 07, 2024 6:06 amI just picked up a Sherwood Green Jag. I sent Kinko an email last time they had some on their site a few weeks ago and just missed out. Kaz said they might be getting a few more in March and then he sent me an email a couple days ago saying he'd reserved one for me from a batch going live mid-March. So if anyone is interested I'd keep an eye on the site over the next week or so. I got hit with customs to the UK, but it's still only cost me about average for a used MIJ already in the UK (and way less than the flippers prices).
Still on the plane right now, but here's a couple shots from the QC photos they sent me.
There are so resellers here but the prices seem.... outrageous, to say the least. I get it, truly, but still.

Sounds like a good lineup!
I miscounted, forgetting I'd sold one to MechaBulletBill!
'62 all stock. AO, modded for goldfoils. Partsguar made by Dr Mike with XII pickups. Kinko Inca Silver Jag.
Probably is room for a Custom Shop if the right one ever popped up for the right price

The limited edition Traditional 60s was $2000 - $2200 from local retailers, I think my calculations to import directly (prior to them surprisingly showing up here) were $2400 - $3000. I did not make enquiries to the sellers, there may have been better or more concrete-in-cost deals.CROSS_guitars wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2024 5:46 amAnyone have any idea how much these Jags cost for Australians, after shipping and GST etc?
So they are potentially not much more than a Vintera, and significantly less than an American Vintage II.

No offsets announced just yet but thought these looked cool enough to document. Hybrid II FSR 'Sandblast' line. Sandblasted ash body Strat and Tele so far. Being Hybrid II's we miiight see a Jazz added to the line-up but let's see.

Hey! What's that blue jag? Never seen those pickups in a jaguar before. Are those like the electric XII's?GreenKnee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 6:01 amI can vouch for the Inca Silver model I got from the last batch. Quality and craftsmanship is second to none. Binding on the neck is flawless with no visible or touchable lip/gap between wood and binding.
Electronics great also with the American pickups, pots etc. I am changing the pickups on mine as I want something more akin to my '62 Jaguar, but the stock ones are good.
Neck profile is like a slim U shape, quite unusual but fills the hand nicely even though it's quite narrow. Very comfortable.
Fits in nicely with the family, and I'm not scared to leave the house with it, so I'd give the guitar a solid 10/10 for a modern production Fender Jaguar. For reference I would have given my stock American Original a 7/10 when I first got it.

Yes they are XII pickups in the Jag, Novak Electric XII for neck and the FAT version in the bridge.
The guitar was made by a former forum member from various bits and bobs, most notably the beautiful '64 A-width Mustang neck. Original build thread is here: viewtopic.php?t=106838
It's a great guitar with some interesting sounds inside thanks to it's unconventional wiring.

Unfortunately sold but first I've seen of Kinko Inca Silver Jazzmasters. Hopefully more on the way.

That lnca JM looks awesome, plus it comes with the PV65 pickups installed!
Bound neck with dots looks great, but the wrong decal on the headstock (and no witch hat knobs on the pots) is a bummer.
