I always loved the headstocks on these. Is it the same Jaguar wiring setup with a strangle switch?

Filing saddles and nuts are one part of guitar work I've never trusted myself to do properly so I feel that.

I think you can get a Gotoh 510BN Tunematic with height adjustable saddles for like 60 bucks on Allparts that should drop in. might just need to confirm the string spacing and what not
