there's no finish on my '61 at the moment, so you can't really see the wear....I do get belt buckle rash on the upper bout...because I wear my guitar quite low

i think some of these are living proof that offsets can be used to play both kinds of music...country AND western! only a rodeo buckle could scrap off that much paint
