go to your profile left corner homepage

I have my own pic:
Specify your own avatar by URL. (ex: http://www.mypage.com/mypic.gif)

I will upload my own picture: -------> browse change profile

and then on the other end is jay with his cissors who will (eventualy) cut your image to the right proportion
and done !!!
