For some reason the FR XII doesn't show up for me when I set my preferred locale to the United States. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same issue - you gotta pick the 'Americas' region at the bottom

Set region to "Americas", then click "Squier", then click "Shop All Squier Guitars" on the dropdown. If you just go straight to the Paranormal Series they'll only show what's currently available.

Apparently the JMXII is just routed for what it needs. Somebody on Reddit got one and posted the guts.
