Glad to see it looks as nicely in person as it did looking on websites at it. The only thing that annoys me about it is how many silver screws it uses for the pickguard. Replace those w/black head screws so they don't distract and call it good.

Belated congrats! I love the Dark Night finish but I want one with a matching headstock (some day, I hope!). I've got an AmPro II coming tomorrow! :w00t:

I went with one of the maple neck models because I already have a couple of JMs with rosewood necks.

That finish is just wild! I love that it looks like something totally new and not just another retread of the same old thing. It's almost like reverse antigua.

Lovely colour.

How have you been getting along with it? Any gripes? In particular what do you think of the clean sound? I know a lot of people said the original V mod pickups were over bright.

Any feedback would great, my fingers on the trigger!
