Backstory: I moved so all my shits in a box right now. Got my drums unpacked too. 1968 ludwig blue oyster pearl that my dad left me.

Amp rig Acoustic GT50H tube head, Harley Benton 2x12 with V30s. And a 10" Kustom monitor on top because I'm fuckin deaf now and it's ALL MIDS ALL DAY right in my face. I got a Fender Excelsior, and an old performer1000combo+1x12 for when friends come over.

Have played one in real life. The way the neck is so much higher up than the thin body makes the gap between the strings and the body COMPLETELY DANGEROUS for the way I slam my hand around while I play. There's like 2 inches if clearance. I'd lose a finger

I totally understand that. I played Telecasters almost exclusively from the beginning, and when I got an archtop style guitar, it took me a long time to adjust.
I bloodied myself more than once, before getting used to it.

Lead II in that shitty green color just because I want to see what it will look like with a white pickguard instead of black. Black pickguards have thier place but not by ruining better color combinations.

The Jarman just doesn't seem like reality at this point

i think that tele had a VM neck, makes more sense considering its made in the VM factory, and has the vmjm pickup.

jarman would be sick i agree. i do think you need something like a mustang bass or bass vi and a bass amp more than another guitar tho
