I don't think I've seen an AVRI '62 Jag with a matching headstock. I've also got a 99/00 AVRI Jag (although Sherwood Green), and it doesn't have the matching headstock.
Maybe it is a Wildwood Thin Skin?
Also, they came with mutes - although that could have easily been removed in the past 20 years.

Looks like a 62AVRI Yamano special run. Most that I’ve seen are in the V12 serial # range (including mine). This one, with the V11 # is very close. The case is not likely original though, as Yamano 62AVRI’s came with the standard brown telex case like all U.S. release 62AVRI’s. Should have the mute...perhaps ask the seller if they have it.

Ha... I’m watching the same one. Years ago I borrowed an identical US-made reissue Jaguar, and had the opportunity to buy it from the owner. It was a solid guitar from memory, but with no clear indicator of being US made, I passed on it. Cool to know the history of them now.

Owner says the neck is very thin so thats a no no for me
