2021 Fender Japan

Does anyone know what the fender MIJ/CIJ offerings will be for 2021? Has that info been released yet?

Fender Japan released their "Heritage-series", which are more vintage correct versions of their traditional-series (veneer fretboards, correct spacing of the 12th fret dots,nitrocellulose finish where historically applied,...), all exclusive for the domestic market though. And the Boxer-series, a throwback to the 1980's.

Wow that is stunning with the tort guard.

I am specifically looking for 2021 models. We are expecting a child this year and I want to buy a cool birth year guitar. The Ben Gibbard mustang is the coolest thing I saw but I want to wait to see what fender japan does.

The Miyavi signature Tele they announced a month or so ago looks amazing.

No idea who Miyavi is but that guitar is *chef's kiss*

I am a big fan of the japanese made (crafted) Fenders, both offset and other models. Very disappointing that so few models make it to the european market.

That Fender Telecaster Miyavi is awesome. Some nice onboard hardware:

Just had a look there, good spot man. I’m normally quite traditional with guitar colours, but I really like the look of this series.

Ah yes, the Noir series, which is all over eBay for 1600-1700 USD + 200 shipping...but it's OK, returns are free!

Why can't Fender USA do something like this?!

Since I live in Hong Kong and used to travel frequently to Japan, so I've been buying japanese fenders for quite a long time.
They are really great!
I also bought last year a Fender Heritage special 50s Strat, white blonde. Awesome guitar, very high quality!
