New Gordon Smith Guitars GS Offset model
Gordon Smith Guitars are teasing a new offset model that needs a name?
What do you guys think? I actually quite like it and it has an interesting headstock, which reminds me of another known brand.

Nothing new or mindblowing, but I dig it nonetheless

For GSG this is a major departure, so will be interesting to see if they make more.
Apparently, this is the first one.

I like that, and GS make nice stuff in the UK with very reasonable prices. I’m a little surprised and pleased that it had an offset bridge on it - most of their stuff is very Gibson inspired so I’d have expected a tune-o-matic and the corresponding tuning problems.
All the cheeses....

Yeah, I have a soft spot for their stuff as back in the '80s when I was a teenager, they were great guitars and well made.
Nice to see them doing something offset, hoping we see more this year like this from them.

It looks like the tremolo arm is really long. That is kinda cool. I wish the contours were a bit deeper, but the layout looks nice.

Nice clean lines and Cabronita style half pickguard is cool.
I wonder how they'll be pricing them.

Same. I’m not a huge fan of rear routing, but this looks nice.BoringPostcards wrote: ↑Sun Apr 25, 2021 3:36 amNothing new or mindblowing, but I dig it nonetheless

He's in the UK, why the dodgy old bridge and not a Staytrem. Same for the trem unit. Otherwise, pretty guitar.

It looks pretty cool. Hopefully it would be as customisable as the other Gordon Smith guitars.

I wish the US had an equivalent of Gordon Smith. Over here, if you want to pick anything but the color you're looking at 3 grand and up.
