Pro tip for the Mustang trem: load the strings from the front and wrap them under the bottom.

Nice pictures! Are those Fender Bullets on there? I’ve never tried them - do they wrap more smoothly around the cigar than regular twist/wrap strings?
Thanks! Yep, they're Fender Bullets. They work better than any other strings that I've tried. I think (this is POOMA) that they add even more resonance, almost into JM/Jag territory.

Lovely! I’ll add some to my big box of strings ready for next string change…

I had both a MG-65 and MG-69. The MG-65 definitively felt like the better instrument, superior fit & finish as well as having more sustain and a more substantial neck. I'd definitively recommend it if you really want something vintage-feeling. I'll add that the specific one I had came with SD Antiquities and I loved that set.

Also, before you buy anything, give this some consideration.
