Help me id this pickup

I've been told that it is a reissue Mustang pickup.

It has vintage wires, with no date mark on the bottom, and some cloth wrapped around the pickup wire.

Does anyone recognize this?

It's either a flat pole Strat style pickup or a Mustang pickup, missing the spacer that allows it to fit under a "no hole" cover without distorting/cracking.
I couldn't say who wound it but it isn't a Fender.
