Re: BURGUNDY MIST SQUIER
Why do they keep making beautiful Jags with matching headstocks but no binding or block inlays? I mean if you are going to offend the easily-offended traditionalists with a matching headstock, might as well fully piss them off by actually making it a deluxe guitar! CME and Anderton's did the same thing. They asked for the dreaded 60s Classic Vibe in Silver Sparkle and Shell Pink. Guitar Center also made a Shell Pink FSR Jag without a matching headstock but did have binding and block inlays because it was the 70s model. I bought both of the CME's, and I regret to this day because I can't stop noticing how blah those necks look without binding and block inlays. It's not a Telecaster!
Never actually been ashamed to say I was an American.
Until now.
Until now.

Re: BURGUNDY MIST SQUIER
I don’t like blocks or binding on *any* Fender guitars, for what it’s worth. The growing contingent of B&B fans here is a bit weird to me to be honest. Most people look to the golden age of Fender guitars as the ideal, but there’s a lot of CBS era (even if it’s just transition era) love on this forum that I don’t see elsewhere online.
