I can't custom make them for everyone...I already spent about an hour+ doing the ones I posted.

yeah, I did the ones for infliktor as a one-off...just because he asked out of the blue (and he was the first one that asked too)
If I start custom-making them, then I'll have to do some for everyone (it's the only fair thing)....it's just not possible
sorry about this....I purposely did all sorts of different ones...hopefully you'll find one you like/can live with

Avatars should be easy to create using a simple photo editor pgm.
There's probably free software out there...
