cuz i know i liek offsets becosue my favorite guitars are mustangs jms and jags but i dont know what makes them ofset

It's to do with the waist of the guitar, I'll show you
A jazzmaster is offset because the waist sections aren't in line with each other:

Whereas a Strat isn;t because the waist sections are inline;

offset distort the human mind by turning the convential on its head. non offsets just arent cool. (are dont look as cool)

That's why Fender invented them. Eric Clapton said he eben found them easier, but his managerial people said he should use a Strat to support Fender more or something
