Has anyone noticed that Boyan Chowdhury from The Zutons has a '65 Jazzmaster and Jaguar extremely good good condition.
You can see the Jazz here:

I have also seen him use a Starcaster....I'm not really into the music...but I have seen live videos of theirs and they do put on a good show...tight band.

Cool, they obviously like good guitar but never use them. Recently it's been all Gibson's with them  >:(

I find that I just can't use a Gibson. It's a combination of the feel and sound. In my experience, I'm able to cover way more ground with a Fender versus a Gibson. I was really, really, really close to buying a '74 goldtop Les Paul Deluxe several years back It looked really amazing, but I traded for another Jazzmaster instead. I don't regret it  :D  I used to get emails from the Zutons before for some reason. I've never even heard them before.

The Zutons were emailing you?

???

Anyhow .. the last time I saw them was '03, and he was using the Starcaster then. Shame if he's retired it.

Not them exactly but something from their mailing list. I'd never even heard from them at that time either so I don't know how it started  :o
