Daaaang that’s rad. The trad JM pickups are shallow, aren't the hotrails standard height for a SC?

Definitely need to prototype and whatnot, but I'm also not reinventing the wheel, here. LOL

They are standard height, but I'm imagining that just about all of them have foam underneath so total height is very likely a bare minimum of that height anyway. Might need shorter height adjustment screws, though. I would love to know how high everybody has their pickups in relation to the floor of a standard route, though. 🤔

I seem to recall, depending on which series of the JM (classic player, vs AVRI vs MIJ etc) the route depths can vary. So I always considered how far above the pickguard the top of the pickup sits. I need a gauge but I think mine are about 2mm above the pickguard. Just estimating.

I was lucky to catch the Lips in 1995 for the clouds taste metallic tour.
Ronald Jones was a madman. He did every noise in the albums effortlessly.

Wayne used that Jazzmaster and Ronald the jaguar. Ronald used Roland JCs and a whole lot of pedals and rack units.

Where did you order that PG from?

I'm curious about pickguard relicing too.

And a prototype using the filament that came with the printer and crappy infill settings to save time and filament. LOL

Needs some small tweaks but it's almost there.
