I did the Same. It’s not the best decal in the first place and personally I’d rather it was on the rear of the headstock.
I’m probably in a minority but I like knowing it’s a Johnny Marr without advertising the fact.
I replaced the chrome 4 way switch cover for a black one, had a proper bone nut cut, replaced the pick guard with a tort one and it already came with a Staytrem bridge and whammy bar fitted. It looks and plays much better with these mods done.

Looks like a new colour Signature Jag out with Johnny for his new tour in Shoreline Gold.
