My Jazzmaster...
I took some terrible pictures awhile ago after I bought it. Plastic thing still on pickguard in these pictures.

Nice! I'm very partial to OW, my fave custom color. It just looks so sharp with the tortoise guard, and that guard you have there is really cool looking. Is that an AVRI?

Beautfiul! I'm thinking seriously about buying an AVRI Jazzmaster in the near future and I have the color narrowed down to sunburst and Olympic White. Posts like this one make it easier for me to decide--and jealous, too.

There's no such thing as too much reverb.

Re: My Jazzmaster...
Nobody else likes my guitar? Is it the pictures? I'll take new ones soon, guys.
I'm actually thinking of putting a black anodized pickguard on it sometime, I think it would look superb. I'd like to try and make it look like that whitefinish/black guard/maple necked jazzmaster that that one guy owns that I can't name at the moment...

Loks good to me, although the tort on that one is not what I would call the best. Did you have to order one or did a TO store actually have one in stock?

It looks nice. I like white with tortoise. I used to have a September '62 in Olympic white with a matching headstock.

I love the white. I thought I liked the sunburst better and ordered a sunburst jazzmaster but not wish had gone white.

Love you AVRI StevenO. I own the Black version. They should hang out together. Man I really love this AVRI Series.

Re: My Jazzmaster...
If I ever tire of my refin sunburst I'm either gonna go white or black.
I think hanging around this site has opened my eyes to a few unexpected things. I was so dead-set on a sunburst for years (thanks Kurt). But now i'm finding white (especially aged nitro) equally sumptuous.
Maybe I'll just save up & get that '64 Mustang in the back of my head. Fuck the competition stripes. I've kinda gone off em.
Nice geetah my friend.

You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

Thank you so much for the pics! I was hesitant to go for an AVRI in OW because of the pictures on musiciansfriend.com, but these look great!
