Starcasters

Post by ~*blissedandgone*~ » Wed Jun 20, 2007 9:58 pm

I don't think we've talked about this rare offset recently, if ever. So let's! Has anyone ever played one, much less seen one in person? I have done neither, but would LOVE to. I love the headstock, completely un-Fender.

Sorry for the crappy pic, not too many pics of them are available on the internet.

There's a few Starcaster owners here. And they've been discussed before, there's some great pics lurking around somewhere.

And - agreed. Pretty high on my list of guitars I'd love to own but probably never will.

In my village hall there is a wall which has pictures of all the country artists who have played there. I was checking out the guitars they were holding in their publicity shots when I noticed that one of them was holding a starcaster.

My only thought was YOU BASTARD!  :'(

I'm still highly tempted to find out his phone number and see if he still has his starcaster and is willing to sell it.  ::)
