Here is what I came up with

ton truc peut fonctionner tu as des masses sur le selecteur ,on s'en sert pour switcher que le hot normalement?
et ton pot est en resistance variable en gros 125 k dun coté et 125 k de l autre (c'est zarbi)
et c'est trop compliqué pour moi
bon j ai regardé c'est tordu comme truc le fil jaune du micro est alimenté par le rouge ou l orange , le courant va au plus court donc il va tout droit donc en coupant le passage il bypass le pot et il ont rajouté la masse ok ,mais apres de l'autre coté c'est tordu ,il ajoute la masse au potard suivant la position
ça doit fonctionné mais je suis incapable de depanner ça c'est pas mon raisonnement
essaye le mien il fonctionnera

the invert of other wiring ,but is not too important it just change the direction of rotation of the pot ,no ?

you can switch the vol in and ground if u like, I just drew this up quick for clarification.
