Can someone help me with the rewring of this. I found an old Kawai/Teisco and I can find a diagram for it.
I posted this in the mod section with no luck thought I’d try over here.

Each pickup's hot would go to its on-off switch first, then to its volume control. Each pickup's ground wire can be grounded to any ground point (eg back of pots). Two volumes and one tone would be wired like this HB guitar, without the 3way toggle - so the middle tab of each vol pot would go direct to the tone pot. The black wires shown from each pickup to the vols are the hots - so in yours they would be the hots coming from the on-off switch.
