If it comes back when you use the trem, I'd think the grounding is being done via the trem but the actual ground wire is loose or not attached to anything properly. I'd pop it open and check the ground there, and if there isn't one, maybe consider adding one -- the rocking bridge can have issues being a proper ground sometimes.

Re: noise issues on Squier Jaguar Vm :(
I have a Squire VM Jag and have not heard anything like that. Is there any chance that it's a crackly guitar cord? I have some cheap cords that crackle like that. Moving the tremolo bar might move the cord around a little. Or maybe it's some stray electromagnet interference. I can get some strange noises from my amps when my computer writes something to the hard drive. You might try a different cord and move your testing to a friend's house (or something like that) to see if the crackle changes.
Alternately, and if it's not the guitar cord or stray EM... and especially if the guitar is brand new to you, I wonder if the tremolo bar is rubbing the ground wire somehow. I would not suspect that problem if you have had the guitar for awhile and the crackle just showed up recently.

Edit: I guess I was listening to the wrong noise.
That sounds like the typical double pulse of a smartphone's vibration motor.

Yeah actually on second listen that sounds like a bad solder joint, bad pots (and they'd have to be pretty fucked up ngl), or a bad jack/cable). Might still be an issue with flakey grounding, but the noise isn't quite right for that.
