Foam supporting pickups - how thick is it?

Hi everybody,

How thick is the foam supporting your JM pickups? By "thick" I mean the measure from the guitar body, upwards.

just a few centimeters....dunno...about 5cm....that's a guess....

heh...apologies, I've been studying for my driving theory test tomorrow all through this weekend, so I'm a bit delirious!

on second thought, I'd say about 2cm

I remember doing my driving theory test, I was shitting it. That was just before they brought in the hazard perception thing, which looks impossible...
