I was just trying to help.
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

You talked about measuring, sizing, drilling, screwing, adjusting pieces of wood... No wonder Ikea is Swedish.the older brother wrote: I was just trying to help.

But... That neck IS a conversion neck.
It will work on a 22.5" Duo-Sonic which I've read will take a 25.5" neck as well.
But clearly from the photo X1 and X2 are different, so maybe it was bull that I read about about a 25.5 neck on a Duo. Or the bridge must be positioned correctly on the Duo.. which would make that NOT truly a conversion neck.
Regardless, I'm certain it will interchange with the shorter neck.
